Join us Tuesday, December 10th at 5pm PST/8pm EST for a talk with Verónica Muñoz-Nájar on her role as a Associate Curator for the prestigious Thoma Foundation in Dallas, TX. Born and raised in Peru, Muñoz-Nájar holds a Ph.D. in the History of Art from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.A. from the Institute of Fine Arts. Before joining the Foundation, Verónica was a curatorial intern in the Latin American Art Department of the Los Angeles County Art Museum and the Museo de Arte de Lima. In 2019, she was the inaugural recipient of the Marilynn Thoma Predoctoral Fellowship, where she conducted research at a diverse range of archives, museums, and private collections in Bolivia, Peru, Italy, and Spain.
