Room sizes range from 175 - 440 square feet and have approximately 20 - 70 linear feet of wall space. Most Deluxe Rooms come with 2 double beds and although a few have King beds. Cabana Rooms have Queen beds as do all the Suites, although the Suites also have pull out couch beds.

Dynamic pricing is used to determine room costs, based on size and also distance from the courtyard. The higher up, generally the less expensive the space. Note that the ground floor Booths do not come with rooms or complimentary parking, however they are some of the largest spaces in the fair.
